dive team update
March 2026 Update
We are pleased to announce that both Coach Anna and Coach Sarah will be returning this summer to head up the CSTC Dive Team. Registration will be opening soon! Check back in the next few weeks for a registration link.
Practices will begin the week of June 1 with after school practices until AACPS schools let out for the summer. Morning practices will begin after the last day of school for AACPS. Practice times for each age group will be identified closer to the start of the season.
Our annual Try-It Day and Ice Cream Social for Dive Team this year will be on Friday, June 5th from 4-5:30 pm. There is a spot for everyone ages 5-18 on Dive Team — no experience necessary! And there is no requirement to participate in dive meets to be a part of our team.
We are always looking for more volunteer judges for our dive meets. There are three trainings being offered for judges this year with the following tentative dates:
- Sunday June 7, Padonia, 9 am
- Tuesday, June 9, St. Andrews Swim & Tennis Club, 6:30 pm
- Saturday, June 13, Dulaney, 9 am

Summer Schedule, June 17th - July 10th
Practice for championship divers the week of July 13 will differ from
the times below. No practice on July 4th.
•8:00-8:45 am Ages 8 & under
•8:45-9:30 am Ages 9-10
•9:30-10:15 am Age 13 & up
• 10:15-11:00 am Ages 11-12
