The morning practices have gotten off to a great start! The coaches have decided to shift the practice times around to better accommodate the number of divers we have in the various age groups. Starting tomorrow, the practice times will be as follows for the remainder of the regular season (through July 12):
8:00 am - 8:45 am: 8U
8:45 am - 9:45 am: 9-12 year olds
10:00 am - 11:00 am: 13 +
If any of these times are problematic for anyone, please see one of the coaches to discuss an alternate practice time.

2024 DIVE TEAM EVENTS & PRACTICE SCHEDULE
Practice for championship divers the week of July 15 will differ from the times below.No practice on July 4th or 5th.
We will have a Dive Team Ice Cream Social and Try-It-Out Session for Dive Team members and anyone interested in trying it out before registering for the team. AAU insurance must be obtained before trying out the Dive Team. Please send an email to CSTCDiveTeam@gmail.com if you would like to come try out the Dive Team before registering.
During School (June 3rd - 10th)
- M/W 4:00-4:45 pm Ages 15 & Up
- M/W 4:45-5:30 pm Ages 13-14
- T/TH 4:00-4:45 pm Ages 8 & Under
- T/TH 4:45-5:30 pm Ages 9-12
Summer Schedule (June 12th - July 19th)
Practice for championship divers the week of July 15 will differ from the times below. No practice on July 4th or 5th.
- M/W/F 8:00- 8:45 am Ages 8 & Under
- M/W/F 8:45 - 9:45 am Ages 9-12
- M/W/F 10:00-11:00 am Ages 13 and older
*Any 13-year-old on the swim team as well as the dive team, may start their dive team practices 10 minutes late to accommodate their swim team schedule.
